For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Havenly Inc. The "Prize" refers to $5K ROOM MAKEOVER, including (1) Free Havenly Full Design Package, $3,000 to shop Interior Define, $1,000 to shop The Inside, and $1,000 to shop The Citizenry.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59PM MT 5/7/24. One (1) winner in the contiguous United States will be selected at random by The Promoter on 6/1/24 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
The Promoters competition is open only to residents of the contiguous United States. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has submitted their email address using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Winner will be responsible for payment of all state and federal income taxes on the value of the prize.
The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
Havenly design package credits and promotions are valid on design packages only. Havenly design package credits can be combined with Havenly design package sales or promotions.
Havenly merchandise credits are valid on merchandise only. Havenly merchandise credits can be applied to any merchandise order and can be combined with Havenly merchandise promotions.
Havenly promotions (e.g., codes or strikethrough pricing) will not be combined with each other. However, in most cases, Havenly free shipping promotions can be combined with other Havenly promotions. Where multiple Havenly promotions apply, the best discount will be applied.
We honor valid seller promotions.
We do not honor seller credit cards or loyalty programs (e.g., West Elm credit card, RH Members Program, etc.).
Most military discounts can be honored with proof of military ID.
If a seller offers a valid free shipping promotion, Havenly will apply in most cases.

Eligibility. The Havenly Scholarship Program (“Program”) is open to residents of Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; New York, NY; and Washington, DC, 17 years of age or older who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, trade school, technical institute, or vocational college (“Accredited Institution”) for the 2023-24 academic year. Further eligibility requirements for each scholarship are described below. Employees of Havenly Inc. and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to apply or receive a scholarship as part of the Program. Past recipients of a scholarship under this Program may apply for additional scholarships.
Award: $1,000 per city
Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 11:59pm, Mountain Daylight Time on March 31, 2023.
Applications. Applications must be submitted online at https://thehavenly.typeform.com/to/m4ZhHjuN. Applicants will be required to submit their contact information, school information, GPA (which is subject to verification) and complete short essay questions. Applicants will also be required to submit a design project or portfolio.
Applicants agree to be bound by these Official Program Rules. Applications and essays are subject to the Havenly Terms of Use Agreement, including the terms for “Posting and Submission” and the “Acceptable Use Policy” described therein. By submitting essays, projects and portfolios as part of your application, you are confirming that all submissions part of your application are your own work.
Information submitted in connection with an application is subject to the Havenly Privacy Policy.
Only one application is allowed per student in this scholarship competition.
Applicants must complete all required information on the application form.
Essays, projects and portfolios must be the applicants’ original work.
Essays must fall within the word count limit specified in the application. Essays exceeding the required length may be truncated or disqualified.
Applicants’ names, addresses, and other identifying information must not be included in their essays.
By submitting the form electronically via our website, applicants are certifying that their information and essays are their own work and that they have read these rules and guidelines.
Available Scholarships: Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; New York, NY; and Washington, DC (collectively the “Scholarships” and each a “Scholarship”).
The Scholarships will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Accredited Institution at which the recipient is enrolled (proof of enrollment at an Accredited Institution will be required). Scholarships may not be assigned or transferred. No cash equivalent prize will be awarded. The awarding of any Scholarship as part of this Program is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Program Rules. Scholarships that are not used for the academic year for which they are awarded will be forfeited.
If any recipient of a Scholarship fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated the Official Program Rules or otherwise does not meet the eligibility criteria as set out in these Official Program Rules, the Scholarship will be forfeited and will be awarded to another applicant, subject to verification of eligibility..
Havenly is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Program or in the announcement of the Scholarships.
Selection of Recipients. Completed scholarship applications will be reviewed by representatives of Havenly to determine the recipient of each Scholarship in Havenly’s sole discretion. All decisions are final. Havenly reserves the right not to award a Scholarship if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive any suitable applications. If, by chance, you know a representative of Havenly involved in reviewing and selecting applications, do not contact that individual regarding the competition or your application may be disqualified.
Recipient Notification. Scholarship recipients will be notified by email and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Program Rules. If a recipient notification is returned as undeliverable or a recipient does not supply the required verification within the time specified, the Scholarship will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate recipient at Havenly's discretion.
General Terms. Scholarship recipients, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release Havenly Inc., its affiliates and their respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, advertisers, officers, directors, and shareholders from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim arising out of their participation in the Program or the receipt of or the use of the Scholarship. Except where prohibited by applicable law, by accepting a Scholarship, a recipient grants Havenly, and those acting under its authority, permission to use their name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, image, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, without notice, review or approval.
Havenly is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Havenly, users or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of applications which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in this Program. Havenly reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Program should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Havenly’s control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, or fairness of the Program, and Havenly may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Program Rules, or the rights and obligations of applicants and Havenly in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Applicants consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Denver, CO.
